Theme has been decided: You are invited to a Symphony

Two Hands joined together for life!

Basically one year since I haven't posted. But I have grown so much this past year and as a consequence has finally decided the theme I wanted was Music.

Guests are to receive a concert save the date.

Later, the invitation will follow. Quoted will be a saying of Albert Einstein "We see our life in terms of music".

So the invitation will actually be a CD (probably a 4 or 6 panels cover).

Inside the CD would be another ticket for admission at the reception.

The included music (yeah there will be actual music engraved on the CD
9. Marc Lavoine: Tu m'as renverse
10. Vivo per lei en francais (helene segara et andrea bocelli )
11. Have you ever be in love (celine dion)
12. Aime moi Claude barzotti
13. Frederic Francois L'amour c'est comme le tango

The program at the church (songs and other info) would look like the following:

May the ride from the church to the reception be ROMANTIC

At the reception site there will be a billboard with the saying : Appearing tonight for their lifetime performance So and So. Remember I am not taking his name.

Reception location will be decorated will balloons who have musical notes engraved on them.

People will be welcomed by the previously mentioned sign, a menu and a table signs.

On the same table both a guestbook and a card collector will be placed.

Cards will be gathered in a guitar box. The guest book will also be a old guitar. However there will be the opportunity for people to write a message on their name card and then attach it on the "good luck tree". And probably some other ways so we can put well wishers' thoughts throughout our home.

I can't make up my mind for centerpieces. Would love to find a way to incorporate actual musical instruments. However might be easier to have a tree with two birds (singing) with candles on which there is musical notes or another centerpiece alternative is kerosene lamps.

Here are a few ideas I like: for instance this simple table settings with the 2 birds is quite appealing.

Even the food presentation is musical :) I want a set of tables, each dedicated to a food! I am up of a roasted pig and a turkeys or chicken.

And probably find a way to present the rices and the gratins like below: (oh boy I will need artists and engineers )

And just in case guests would be thirsty (LOL)

The cake table will be a scene: probably a groom playing an instrument with the bride around
him.

A display with different levels for us sitting and the bridal party; and the cake too. First level will display our first names. Then we could be on the second level (sweetheart table) and the bridal party in the back. On the side, could be the cake!

The cake table:

And finding a way to incorporate gracefully all these elements are going to be a challenge!

Besides the memory of a memorable wedding (LOL; yeah I am redundant) would love to let my guests bring home some musical memorabilia such as:
